- Managing a large book inventory with detailed attributes like title, author, category, price, rights status, and stock quantity
- Creating a unified dashboard to show real-time summaries such as total books, invoices, and records
- Designing a smooth invoice generation system with invoice numbers, order references, and billing data
- Organizing author records, company ledgers, and purchase orders in a structured way
- Handling multiple users with different access roles securely

PROJECT SOLUTION
To overcome these challenges, a complete management system was developed that connects all publishing operations into one structured workflow. A dynamic dashboard was created to give a quick overview of books, invoices, and financial activity. The inventory module was designed to handle detailed book information such as author names, categories, pricing, rights status, and available stock, making tracking simple and reliable. The invoice system was built to generate accurate billing records with proper invoice numbers, dates, and order details, improving financial clarity. User management was implemented to control access and secure sensitive data. Ledger and company summaries were structured to maintain transparent financial records, while author and purchase order modules brought better organization to publishing operations.
