TPP BOILERS – SMART ENQUIRY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

TPP Boilers Pvt. Ltd. is an industrial manufacturing company specializing in steam boiler pressure parts, boiler components, and replacement tubes used across various industrial applications. Their operations focus on maintaining efficiency in industrial processes through reliable engineering solutions.
PROJECT CHALLENGE
- Managing enquiries manually through scattered emails caused delays and lack of centralized tracking
- Structuring and organizing 15+ years of historical email data (~5 lakh emails) into a usable system
- Implementing secure multi-user access with defined role-based login
- Converting incoming emails into structured enquiries automatically
- Extracting key data like company name, client name, product, and quantity from unstructured email content
- Classifying and sorting emails intelligently based on relevance
- Creating a workflow between enquiry, quotation, and order lifecycle
- Handling both Gmail-based and non-Gmail enquiries within one system
- Integrating legacy product data into the new digital structure
PROJECT SOLUTION

A role-based login system was implemented to enable secure multi-user access. Gmail was integrated using OAuth, allowing automatic fetching of Inbox and Sent emails along with backup of 15+ years of historical data. Gemini AI API was integrated to classify emails and extract key enquiry details such as company name, product, and order quantity. New enquiries are automatically inserted into the system, with a manual entry option for non-Gmail cases. Enquiry assignment functionality allows tasks to be distributed across team members. A quotation module was created and linked to client order creation with product-wise calculations. Legacy product data was configured, and an invoice module was initiated to complete the workflow, transforming scattered emails into a structured AI-powered enquiry and sales system.
